# disconnectnode {disallowed} - Bitcoin SV

#### Parameters

`address` - string, optional, default=fallback to nodeid

The IP address/port of the node

`nodeid` - numeric, optional, default=fallback to address

The node ID (see getpeerinfo for node IDs)
