# eth\_getTransactionCount - SEI

Returns the number of transactions sent from an address on the Sei network. This is also known as the account nonce.

## Parameters

| address   | string | The address to get the transaction count for                                 |
| block     | string | Block number in hex, or 'latest', 'earliest', 'pending', 'safe', 'finalized' |
