get_block_economic_state - Nervos

Returns block rewards and other economic state of a finalized block. CKB delays cellbase reward maturity — outputs in block N are rewards for the miner of block N - 1 - ProposalWindow.farthest (10 blocks on mainnet). This RPC returns null if rewards haven't matured yet.
