get_banned_addresses - Nervos

Example code for the get_banned_addresses JSON-RPC method. Complete guide on how to use get_banned_addresses JSON-RPC in GetBlock Web3 documentation.

Returns the IP addresses currently banned by the node — their network addresses, ban reason, ban timestamp, and ban expiration.

Parameters

  • None

Request Example

curl --location --request POST 'https://go.getblock.io/<ACCESS-TOKEN>/' \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--data-raw '{
    "jsonrpc": "2.0",
    "method": "get_banned_addresses",
    "params": [],
    "id": "getblock.io"
}'
import axios from 'axios';

const data = JSON.stringify({
    "jsonrpc": "2.0",
    "method": "get_banned_addresses",
    "params": [],
    "id": "getblock.io"
});

const config = {
    method: 'post',
    url: 'https://go.getblock.io/<ACCESS-TOKEN>/',
    headers: {
        'Content-Type': 'application/json'
    },
    data: data
};

axios(config)
    .then(response => console.log(JSON.stringify(response.data, null, 2)))
    .catch(error => console.log(error));

Response Example

{
    "jsonrpc": "2.0",
    "id": "getblock.io",
    "result": [
        {
            "address": "192.0.2.1/32",
            "ban_reason": "Misbehavior",
            "ban_until": "0x18f3b85f6c8",
            "created_at": "0x18f3b85f6c8"
        }
    ]
}
