# linea\_estimateGas - Linea

This method returns a Linea-specific gas estimate for a transaction, including the recommended gas limit, the base fee per gas, and the priority fee per gas. It takes the same inputs as eth\_estimateGas but accounts for Linea's Layer 1 data-submission cost, so it produces a more accurate price for Linea transactions and helps avoid rejection for exceeding module limits.

## Error Handling
