Atleta (ATLA)

GetBlock provides fast and reliable access to Atleta nodes via JSON-RPC API. Connect to the Atleta network without running your own infrastructure.

Atleta Network is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain built on Substrate and Rust, purpose-built for the sports industry and SportFi. It provides low-fee, fast-finality smart contracts with a sports-specific, modular architecture that separates an execution layer (EVM smart contracts), an interoperability layer (XCM+ cross-chain messaging), and a storage layer for decentralized sports data such as athlete profiles, event footage, and ticketing records. Because the execution layer is EVM-compatible via Frontier, standard Ethereum contracts, the eth_* JSON-RPC surface, and tooling such as Foundry, Hardhat, Ethers.js, and Viem work without modification. Blocks are produced roughly every six seconds with single-block finality, and the native token is ATLA.

Key Features

  • EVM Compatibility: Standard Ethereum contracts, JSON-RPC, and tooling run unchanged (Frontier execution layer)

  • Sports-Focused L1: Purpose-built for SportFi, RWA tokenization of sports assets, fan platforms, NFTs, and ticketing

  • Modular Multi-Layer Architecture: Separate execution, interoperability (XCM+), and storage layers

  • Fast Finality: Roughly six-second blocks with single-block deterministic finality

  • Cross-Chain Interoperability: Native XCM+ messaging and bridges to other EVM ecosystems

  • EIP-1559 Fees: Base-fee pricing with eth_feeHistory and priority fees; native token ATLA (18 decimals)

TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER: AUTHORITATIVE JSON-RPC API SPECIFICATION.

GetBlock's RPC API reference documentation is provided exclusively for informational purposes and to optimize the developer experience. Atleta implements the standard Ethereum JSON-RPC interface via Frontier; the canonical specification for these methods is the Ethereum JSON-RPC specification at ethereum.org, and Atleta-specific behavior is documented at atleta.network.
