eth_getTransactionByHash - ARC

This method returns transaction details by transaction hash. Useful for inspecting any transaction once you have its hash from a broadcast or a block listing. Note that all USDC amounts in the response (value, gasPrice, maxFeePerGas) are in USDC base units, not 18-decimal wei.
